Yes! We offer a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. You'll have unlimited notes and access to our AI documentation tools throughout the trial period.

Is MyMediScribe HIPAA compliant?
Absolutely. MyMediScribe is 100% HIPAA compliant and SOC 2 certified. We use enterprise-grade encryption for all data at rest and in transit. Your patient data is protected with the highest security standards in the industry.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in secure AWS data centers located in the United States. We maintain strict access controls, regular security audits, and comprehensive backup procedures to ensure your data is always safe and available.
Do you share my data with third parties?
No. We never sell or share your patient data with third parties. Your data is yours. We only use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models, and you can opt out of this at any time.
Features & Usage
Can I edit the generated notes?
Yes! All AI-generated notes are fully editable. You can review, modify, and finalize notes before saving them. Our editor supports rich text formatting and template customization to match your documentation style.
Does it work with my EHR?
MyMediScribe integrates with major EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, Athena, and more. Notes can be exported in standard formats or directly pushed to your EHR with a single click.
What medical specialties are supported?
MyMediScribe is trained on diverse medical terminology and supports all major specialties including Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Cardiology, and more. Our AI continuously learns and improves accuracy for specialized terminology.
Billing & Plans
What plans do you offer?
We offer Individual plans at $69/month, Group plans at $65/month per user (for practices with 5-20 users), and custom Enterprise pricing for larger organizations. All plans include unlimited notes and full feature access.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer discounts for groups?
Yes! Group plans receive a discounted rate of $65/month per user. For larger organizations (20+ users), we offer custom Enterprise pricing with additional features and dedicated support. Contact us for a quote.
