Getting Started

Sign up, complete a short onboarding (profile, preferences, microphone permission, and a quick test recording), and you'll be ready to start transcribing clinical notes.
No special equipment is required. MyMediScribe works with any device that has a microphone - your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Account setup is quick — typically just a few minutes to register, configure your preferences, and (optionally) connect a supported EHR.

Features & Functionality

MyMediScribe supports a range of medical specialties including primary care, internal medicine, psychiatry, cardiology, dermatology, neurology, orthopedics, pediatrics, emergency medicine, and general surgery. We're continually adding specialties.
Yes — you can create and save custom note templates tailored to your specific workflow and documentation preferences.
MyMediScribe currently supports Epic MyChart with the ability to export notes for use in other EHR systems via standard workflows. We're expanding direct EHR integrations on an ongoing basis.
Absolutely. All notes are fully editable. You can review and modify any part of the generated note before finalizing it.

Security & Compliance

MyMediScribe is designed for HIPAA-compliant workflows. We use encryption in transit and at rest, secure data storage, regular security reviews, and offer BAAs where required.
All data is stored in secure, HIPAA-compliant cloud infrastructure in the United States with redundant backups.
Only you and authorized users on your account have access to patient data. MyMediScribe staff never access your data except for technical support when explicitly authorized by you.
You can delete your patient notes and other data at any time directly within MyMediScribe. Retention follows HIPAA requirements — contact us about organization-specific retention needs.

Billing & Pricing

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. For larger organizations, contact our team about alternative billing arrangements.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees for monthly plans.
